Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) signed a contract with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) valued at SAR 80.88 million, inclusive of value-added tax.

The agreement, which was signed on 13 August 2026, following an initial award on 3 August 2026, focuses on providing integrated managed services for the operation and development of technical services.

Under the terms of the 36-month contract, the company will manage and support business applications, provide flexible capacity for continuous development, and oversee project governance.

The scope of work further includes technical support and the operation of the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC).

MIS will also be responsible for managing IT infrastructure components, including operating systems, virtual servers, networks, network security, and database systems.

The project aims to ensure business continuity and improve operational efficiency for the regulator. The company expects a positive financial impact from the contract to begin appearing in its financial results starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026. There are no related parties involved in the transaction.

MIS recently won a SAR 50.69 million project contract with Al Noor Specialist Hospital in Makkah, part of the Makkah Health Cluster.
